Patient Reviews

Dr. Rich is a blessing in our lives. He is passionate about his profession, cares about his patients (my 3 kids think he is the "greatest" and actually look forward to coming to the doctor/Dr.Rich) and he is extremely knowledgeable about what is in the news of medicine. I appreciate his patience when I was a new mother. He was always thoughtful and kind no matter what crazy questions I asked.. I would highly recommend Dr. Rich. My 17 year old, 15 year old and 13 year old also give him the highest rating.... He cares and they know it. #gratefulfordrrich

Dr. Rich is beloved by our whole family. His approach is gentle but candid, compassionate and knowledgeable. He spends time listening and talking with my wife and I as well as all three of our children. He gets at eye level with them and gives them his full attention. Our kids LOVE him and talk about him often in between appointments. We also love his nurse very much and that matters a lot! We are blessed to have such a wonderful pediatrician! I cannot say enough positive things about him!

Dr. Rich is a very professional and caring doctor, he pays attention to all of your needs and answers any questions you have. Unlike other doctors that are always rushing your visits, he takes the time to get to know you and your little one. My son has been seen by him since birth and I plan to keep it that way for a long time. I am very pleased with his great quality care and his nurse is also a sweetheart!. We are very lucky to have such a great pediatrician. He is also very good at making my baby boy giggle even after shots! He is just great!! - Irma

Dr. Rich first saw our son in the hospital when he was 2 days old. Dr. Rich was so good with him and answered so many of our nervous first-time parent questions (and immediately put us at ease) that we knew he had to be our permanent pediatrician. Since then, Dr. Rich has continued to provide us with knowledge and answers. He is wonderful with our son and always makes time for us. I trust him completely and cannot recommend him highly enough.

What Our Patients Say:

We are so thankful for Dr Robyn! During our daughter's 3 year well check up she noticed something was a little off and spent time to investigate it further. Through testing we identified that she had Celiac's Disease. We are grateful for her instincts and dedication to figure out what was wrong. We have since moved to Kansas City and miss this practice!
